Carlos and Judith possess extensive experience in the medical field. Carlos has accumulated over 15 years of experience, having worked at the Mayo Clinic, as a private caregiver, and for an agency. He has also had the privilege of managing multi-million dollar assisted living homes throughout the valley, demonstrating a deep commitment to his profession and a passion for providing care to the elderly, as he would for his mother. Judith, inspired by caring for relatives after surgery and her grandmother, has 7 years of proffesional experience. She started her career as a Certified Nurse Assistant at Banner Estrella, where she worked in Postpartum and NICU. In addition to her hospital work, she also provided care to private patients as a secondary job. Both Mr. and Mrs. Padilla derive immense satisfaction from caring for others in any way possible. When not working, they enjoy spending time with their son Anthony, traveling, and deepening their faith and relationship with God.
